I generally don't post much when it comes to the internet - I have no blog, no LJ, a website that's rarely updated. I post a bit on forums and whatnot, but I usually only post when I have something intelligent or interesting to say or input to the discussion. Of course, this means I rarely post.

But back the journal. I had an idea a short time ago about favourites on DA. This could have been done long ago, but I find it an interesting and simple little game.

You go to your most recent favourite. Record the author, title, and the url. You then to that person's most recent favourite, and repeat the process until you get into a cycle, or the person has no favourites.

Sounds like it would produce a *long* list of authors, but after trying it myself, it turned out to be rather short. This is what happen with my most recent favourite:

Ok, so the Archfriend branch of my favourite tree turned out to be rather short. Maybe right now I could put in some witty comment about arch being short himself, but I don't know how high he is, and it probably wouldn't be very nice of me.

So, let's try my second most recent favourite and see if it gets a big list:
